A startup client of ours designed an Alternative Payment Scheme which required integrations with a number of vendors for verification and payment processing. The entire system had to be exposed to both mobile and web clients.
Meta Section employed a mobile-first approach which leveraged a common API for both the mobile applications, website, and customer integrations.
Being that this Payment Scheme was designed to interact directly with consumers and that the company was going to facilitate the relationships to third-party developers and merchants we needed a solid authentication system. We chose to use the industry standard OAuth2 technology.
In addition, we built a robust API with a user friendly Swagger interface. This allows the developers to explore the API without writing a single line of code. We also used some Meta Section developed documentation tools to consume the Swagger interface and auto-generate the developer documentation.
Third party tools are being utilized for the load testing and security validations.
